You can delete your TViO account and associated data from the TViO Companion dashboard. This page explains how deletion works and what is removed.

How to delete your account
You can delete your TViO account directly from the TViO Companion dashboard.
- 1. Go to https://companion.tvio.app
- 2. Sign in to your TViO account.
- 3. Open Settings.
- 4. Go to Danger Zone.
- 5. Select Delete account.
- 6. Confirm the deletion.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, TViO permanently deletes:
- Your account
- Linked devices
- Playlists and sources
- Pairing data
- Companion settings
- Trial or plan status associated with the account
Limited retention
Some limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment/accounting obligations, or abuse prevention.
If you cannot access your account
If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by contacting support@tvio.app.
