Terms of Service

TViO is a media player. It does not provide, host, sell or distribute channels, streams or any other content. You add your own playlists, and TViO organises them: it builds the catalogue and programme guide, fills in missing information and syncs your library between your devices.

You can use the app as a guest or create an account with an email address. Keep your access secure: you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be at least 14 to use TViO, and of legal age to buy Premium.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, warning you first whenever possible.

Every new account gets a free 14-day trial on one device and with up to two playlists. It needs no payment details and does not turn into a paid plan by itself.

Premium gives one account up to 5 devices, up to 5 playlists and up to 5 guide sources. The price and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Which plans you can buy depends on where you installed the app:

Premium Yearly is a subscription that lasts one year from the day you buy it. It renews automatically for another year, charged to the same payment method, unless you cancel before the renewal date. If the price changes, we will tell you before the new price applies, so you can cancel first.

You can cancel at any time from the Plan section of TViO Companion or by writing to hello@tvio.app. Cancelling stops future renewals: you keep Premium until the end of the year you have paid for, and the account then returns to the free limits (one device and up to two playlists). Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It gives Premium to the account it was bought for for as long as TViO is operated as a service. It is not the lifetime of a person or of a device, and it does not expire or renew while the service exists.

It covers the Premium features and the app updates we release on the platforms where TViO is available. It is tied to one TViO account and cannot be transferred to another. It does not include separate products we may launch in the future.

If we decide to discontinue TViO, we will announce it at least 90 days in advance by email and in the app, and stop selling Premium from that moment. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Do not use TViO to break the law or infringe the rights of others. Do not try to access other users' accounts or data, reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the service, or resell access to it.

We work to keep TViO available and to improve it, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, especially since it depends on the sources you add. We may change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel and, where the law provides for it, get a refund.

TViO, its name, logo, software, design and texts are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Using the service does not give you any ownership of them. League, team and title names and images shown in our materials belong to their owners and are only used to illustrate the app.

We are liable, as the law provides, for damage caused by our fault. We are not liable for the content, legality or availability of the sources you add, or for damage caused by them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here and, if the changes are significant, tell account holders by email or in the app before they apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using TViO and cancel Premium Yearly.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts where you live. Please contact us first at hello@tvio.app: we will try to resolve any issue directly.
