Last updated: May 4, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing TViO, you agree to these Terms and to any additional guidelines or policies that apply to specific features.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

TViO is a software media player and companion platform. It does not provide, host, or distribute content, channels, or streams.

You are responsible for the sources you add, the legality of those sources, and any third-party agreements that govern their use.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

Payments and Plans

Some parts of the service may require a paid plan. Prices, features, device limits, and billing terms can change with notice.

Where applicable, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the payment method associated with your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or misuse the service, and not to use TViO for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.

You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Intellectual Property

TViO, its logos, interface, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no ownership rights are transferred.

Third-Party Services and Disclaimers

The service may depend on third-party services such as hosting, analytics, and payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.

TViO is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by sources you choose to add.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, when reasonably necessary.

If changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users through the website or companion dashboard.
