Refunds and cancellations
This policy explains how refunds are handled for TViO subscriptions and related purchases.

Digital Services
TViO provides digital software access. In general, digital access that has already been delivered or activated is not refundable unless required by law.
Please review the plan, device limits, and included features before purchasing.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund for amounts already charged.
If your plan renews automatically, cancelling prevents the next renewal charge.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@tvio.app as soon as possible. We will review duplicate charges, accidental renewals, or obvious billing mistakes.
Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback, please contact support so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay support and account resolution.
How to Request a Review
Include your account email, transaction reference, date of purchase, and a short explanation of the issue.
We will review each request individually and respond in line with the applicable payment and consumer protection rules.
